01

About our service

What does SEQUENCE PUBLISHING LTD do?

We provide remote music assessment and production guidance. We review customer-supplied tracks and provide observations and recommendations relating to areas such as structure, arrangement, sound selection, balance and overall production direction.

Our purpose is to help customers understand their material more clearly and identify areas they may wish to develop.

Is this a music production or mixing service?

No. Our services focus on assessment and guidance rather than carrying out production work.

We do not normally record, edit, mix, master or modify customer audio files. We provide feedback and recommendations for the customer to consider and apply independently.

Do you work with different styles of music?

We consider enquiries across different musical styles. Whether a project is suitable depends on the material, the requested assessment and the information supplied.

If a particular project requires expertise or work outside our stated service scope, we will explain this before an order is placed.

Are your services provided remotely?

Yes. Our services are arranged and delivered remotely. Music files, project information and feedback are exchanged electronically. We do not offer face-to-face appointments as part of the standard service.

02

Choosing a service

Which assessment service should I choose?

The most suitable option depends on how many tracks you want reviewed, their approximate duration and how much feedback you require.

Our services range from focused track reviews to more detailed production assessments and multi-track project reviews. You can compare their scope and starting prices on the Services page.

If you are unsure, send us an enquiry describing your project. We can review the information and suggest a suitable option before you place an order.

Can I request an assessment for more than one track?

Yes. We offer assessment options intended for projects involving multiple tracks.

Please provide the number of tracks and their approximate durations when contacting us. We will confirm whether a multi-track service is suitable and explain the applicable scope and fee.

Can I request feedback on a specific aspect of my music?

Yes. You can explain the areas you would particularly like us to consider, such as arrangement, transitions, sound selection, balance or production direction.

We will consider your questions when reviewing the project, subject to the scope of the selected service.

Are the prices shown on the website final prices?

Prices may be displayed as starting prices or indicative ranges. The final fee depends on the agreed scope, including the number and duration of tracks and the level of assessment required.

Where an individual quotation is needed, we will confirm the applicable price before you place your order. No additional work or charges will be applied without prior agreement.

03

Submitting your music

How do I submit my music for assessment?

You can begin by submitting an enquiry through our Contact page. Tell us about your project and the type of feedback you are looking for.

Once the service scope has been agreed and the order confirmed, we will arrange the submission of the relevant music files or accessible links.

What information should I provide?

To help us understand your project, please provide:

  • The type or style of music.
  • The number of tracks to be assessed.
  • The approximate duration of each track.
  • The main areas where you would like feedback.
  • Any relevant project objectives or background information.
  • An accessible music link or file when requested.
Can I submit a demo or unfinished track?

Yes. An unfinished track or demo may be suitable for assessment, provided that the material is clear enough for the agreed review.

It is helpful to explain the current stage of the project and what you would like to achieve with the next version.

Can I submit a revised version after the assessment?

A substantially revised track may require a separate assessment because it can involve reviewing new material and reassessing the original observations.

If your selected service includes one follow-up clarification, you may ask questions about the original feedback within that scope. A full review of a new version is not automatically included.

Do I need permission to submit music created with other people?

You should ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions to share all submitted material with us for the purpose of assessment.

If a track includes contributions from collaborators, performers or other rights holders, you should consider any relevant permissions before submitting it.

04

Assessment and delivery

What will I receive after the assessment?

The deliverables depend on the selected service. They may include:

  • Written feedback on the agreed assessment areas.
  • Recorded audio commentary, where included.
  • Observations about structure, arrangement and sound choices.
  • Production recommendations and suggested priorities.

The exact deliverables will be confirmed in the relevant service description or order details.

How long does an assessment take?

The estimated delivery time depends on the selected service, number of tracks, track duration and assessment requirements.

We will confirm the applicable estimate before the order is placed. The delivery period normally begins on the working day after the order is confirmed, payment is received and all required materials and information have been supplied.

How will I receive my feedback?

Feedback is delivered electronically, normally by email or an agreed file-sharing method.

Written feedback may be supplied as an electronic document. Recorded audio commentary, where included, will be provided in an accessible electronic format.

Does every service include recorded audio feedback?

Not necessarily. The deliverables depend on the selected service. Please refer to the individual service description to see whether recorded audio commentary is included.

Can you guarantee that my track will sound better?

No specific artistic, technical or commercial outcome can be guaranteed. Our role is to provide observations and practical recommendations based on the supplied material.

You remain responsible for deciding which suggestions to apply and how to develop your music.

Can I ask questions after receiving my feedback?

Where your selected service includes one follow-up clarification, you may ask reasonable questions about the original assessment and recommendations.

A new full assessment, additional tracks or substantially revised material may require a separate service.

05

Orders and payment

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

We review the information you provide and consider whether the requested work fits our service scope. If appropriate, we will explain the suitable service, proposed fee and estimated delivery period.

You can then decide whether to proceed with the proposed order. Submitting an enquiry does not create a payment obligation.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed through the applicable website ordering process after the service details have been agreed and the order has been accepted. Payment must be successfully received before the assessment proceeds.

How can I pay for a service?

Payment is made through the checkout options presented on the website. The available payment methods and final order total are displayed during checkout.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Our standard services are provided remotely. Enquiries, music submissions, assessment feedback and related communications are handled electronically.

06
